Where Black Children
are the Heroes of the Story.
We help daycare owners and families close the representation gap by providing culturally responsive learning kits for deep learning and joyful play. Our curriculum is designed to celebrate Black brilliance and spark curiosity in every child, from screen, to print, to real life.
What's in Kidogo's Learning Kit
Our first learning kit focuses young scholars on foundational geometry and West African Adinkra symbols, which represent values such as friendship, community, and leadership.

Whole-Child Development

Founder's Motivation
This movement started with one mother's refusal to settle. “I was absolutely heartbroken when I saw the negative effects mainstream edutainment had on my daughter’s self-esteem. I grumbled for a while and then got to work.” said Keeana Saxon, Esq., the Founder & CEO. Keeana's a Boston mom, an attorney, and an educator. And, she got tired of watching her daughter search for herself in curricula that barely acknowledged she existed. So, she built something better, something research-based, standards-aligned, and joyful. No busywork. No retrofitting. Now, she and her team want to share what they’ve created with daycares and families.
