Dear Friends and Family,
The last two weeks have been BUSY! "The Wheels on the Bus, A Soulful Rendition" continues to get traction on social media as I share it to various groups. I am on cloud nine now that you can see it on the Indie Night Film Festival site: https://indienightondemand.com/wheels-on-bus/!!
As with most ventures these days, the more popular something is, the more rewards we can get. Please help me get lots of views! The run could possibly be extended if I manage to drive lots of traffic to the Indie site. We will also be interviewed! That interview will air on the Indie site sometime this Saturday. I'm told that there will be a surprise guest.....!
I am also pleased to announce that I have been accepted into the Innovation Studio's (Roxbury cohort) Pitch Night! The first prize is for $2,500! I have to complete a draft of my first-ever pitch deck by the end of this week. Wish me luck!
What began as a complaint about not finding what my little girl needs, has grown into a call from others to fill in the gap. Representation matters not just for my daughter, but for Black children of all hues. Not just for Black children, but for all children of color. And not just for children of color, but for White children as well. Our mission is to create an online platform where all children will be able to find lots of high-quality content, all of which honors and centers the faces, voices, talent and culture of the African Diaspora. Kidogo Productions is not just a company, but a movement. We know that we have a long way to go, but we want you to be with us along the way. Many Thanks and Be Well, Keeana + the Kidogo Team
